Vintage Silver Indian Parrot Pendant
This exceptional vintage Silver Indian pendant has a cabochon garnet set in the bail, tapering down to 2 large parrots, a tribute to fertility and desire. The central domed high relief depicts Ganesh and his maidens, 2 deer and 2 peacocks. The base of the pendant has a depiction of 21 rays of the sun, ending in balled silver tassels. A beautiful tribute to Indian silversmithing, encapsulating Spiritual tradition.
