Victorian Etruscan Revival Memento Mori Brooch- (circa 1870-1880) – This beautiful 18K Yellow Gold Memorial brooch has a central raised design, featuring a small seed pearl set in Celestial Starburst design, with applied dark blue Guilloche enameling. Gold applied techniques include beautiful gold rope work, millegraining and applied gold balls.  Just beautiful! Rear panel houses a large original glass oval picture window with original blue silk liner.
